Submit a Trip Inquiry Form.
Fill out a quick form so I have some basic info on your trip. I’ll review your notes and reach out to schedule your complimentary call.
Step 2:
Complimentary Consult Call.
We’ll schedule a time to talk—to go over details and information. This is the best way for me to get to know you and understand your vision for your trip.
Step 3:
Your Proposal.
If you decide to hire me as your travel care professional, I begin crafting your trip proposal based on your wants, needs, travel pace, style, and investment.
Step 4:
Customization.
I use my industry expertise to present you my First & Best travel proposal for a beautifully planned vacation, without the decision overwhelm. All proposals are 100% customizable.
Step 4:
Trip Booked!
Once your proposal is finalized, it’s time to book your trip! I make all deposits and payments on your behalf, while applying any available perks. You’ll receive your fully-customized, digital itinerary 3-6 weeks prior to your travels.
Step 5:
Sit Back & Relax.
Once your trip is booked, the service continues.
I oversee your journey with a finely tuned process—nothing overlooked. Expect expert guidance, insider tips, & timely updates. You simply relax with confidence & look forward to your trip.
